Le Salon Du Finjan returns for its second edition—bolder, broader, and more beautifully grounded than ever.
After the success of our debut in 2025, we invite you to take part in a collective art exhibition where memory, identity, and craftsmanship converge on a single iconic canvas: the Coqlipot© 180 – made of plaster.
This edition, +150 artists from Lebanon and beyond will come together to reinterpret the Finjan—the traditional Lebanese coffee cup—through their own lens of belonging, displacement, and homecoming.

THEME: “The Geography of Belonging”
The Place I Come From
Explore the land, ritual, or community that shaped you. What place do you carry in your body, voice, and craft?
Examples:

- Landscapes of origin
- Traditional symbols or rituals
- Language or food heritage
The Border I Carry
Reflect on the invisible or physical boundaries you’ve crossed—geographically, culturally, or personally. This is about transformation, tension, exile, or duality.
Examples:
- Migration paths
- Cultural contrast (East/West, Arabic/French)
- Identity hybridity
- Fragmentation, displacement, longing
The Map I Leave Behind
Project forward. What legacy will you leave in this world? What story will your work tell when someone finds it 100 years from now?
Examples:
- Time capsules
- Poetic inscriptions
- Abstract memory vessels
- Spiritual imprints
